
There are nine islands that make up the Similan Islands – KoHuyong, KoPayang, KoPayan, KoMiang, Ko Ha, KoPayu, KoHinPousar, Ko Similan, and KoBangu. Diving tourists around the world flock to the Similan Islands National Park every year for a chance to see a wide variety of marine life, including manta rays, leopard and white sharks, triggerfish, batfish,unicorn fish, dolphins, and unique coral reef formations. Additionally, when not diving, tourists can enjoy various and unique land inhabitants, such as the mangrove monitor lizard, while walking along the park's many nature trails.
